Q: Can I change my plan/package later?
A : You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. However, any fees you have already paid cannot
be refunded. For upgrade, you will need to add up the difference of setup fees between the new
plan and previous plan. As for downgrade, the setup fees and monthly fees will not be returned
or refunded.
